Walter V-80 Experimental Submarine

The Walter V-80 was an experimental German submarine built during World War II to test the innovative Walter propulsion system, which used high-concentration hydrogen peroxide (T-Stoff) to generate steam for a turbine, allowing the submarine to operate underwater for extended periods without surfacing. This air-independent propulsion (AIP) system was a major advancement over conventional diesel-electric submarines, which had to surface frequently to recharge their batteries. The V-80 was constructed at the Friedrich Krupp Germaniawerft shipyard in Kiel and was completed in 1940. It was a relatively small vessel, weighing 76 tons and carrying a crew of four.

Russia’s Silent Hunters

Our 3d model is 1.2m long and can also be converted to a RC project.

The Yasen-class (Project 885/885M) nuclear-powered attack submarines represent the pinnacle of Russian undersea warfare technology. Designed to replace aging Soviet-era vessels, these submarines combine stealth, firepower, and advanced automation, making them a formidable force in modern naval warfare. The Severodvinsk, the lead submarine of the class, was commissioned in 2014, while improved versions continue to enter service.

This is a developed version of our previous Yasen Class 3d model. This one is much more detailes, 1.2m long and consists of 50+ parts, 3d printable on a standard 22x22cms printbed. Interlocking details for assembling the parts together. Moving control surfaces, periscopes, propellers, silo hatches, missiles etc. Different version of parts for use in various projects. Dreadnought Class Submarine

The Dreadnought class is the next generation of ballistic missile submarines (SSBNs) being developed for the Royal Navy, designed to replace the aging Vanguard-class submarines that currently carry the UK’s Trident nuclear deterrent. These nuclear-powered submarines will be among the most advanced in the world, capable of remaining submerged for extended periods thanks to their nuclear reactor propulsion. Measuring approximately 153 meters in length, they will be slightly larger than their predecessors and feature significant technological advancements.

USS Connecticut Battleship BB-18

USS Connecticut (BB-18) was one of the most advanced pre-dreadnought battleships of her time, designed to serve as the backbone of the U.S. Navy’s battle fleet. Although her career was relatively short due to the rapid evolution of naval technology, she played an important role in training sailors, projecting American naval power, and participating in key diplomatic missions.

Model file pack is +50mb uncompressed and includes over 70 separate high poly STL files that will enable you to print the Connecticut by using a standard 3d printer with 22x22cm print bed. Many accesories such as torpedo launchers, weapons systems, row and powered dinghies are also included in the pack which can be used in builder’s willl to create more novel setups. The Vanguard-class submarines represent a cornerstone of the United Kingdom’s nuclear deterrent capability and are among the most advanced ballistic missile submarines (SSBNs) ever constructed. Developed to replace the aging Resolution-class submarines, these vessels were designed as part of the UK’s Trident program, which began in the 1980s.

The decision to build the Vanguard class coincided with the purchase of the Trident II D5 ballistic missile system from the United States, marking a significant step in ensuring the continuation of Britain’s nuclear deterrent strategy. The Vanguard class embodies technological sophistication and strategic importance, maintaining the UK’s Continuous At-Sea Deterrence (CASD) policy, under which at least one submarine is always on patrol, ready to respond to threats at a moment’s notice.

Delfin Submarine 1:22 scale

The Delfin submarine, launched in 1903, was the first combat-capable submarine of the Imperial Russian Navy, marking the beginning of Russia’s efforts to develop a modern submarine fleet. Built during a period of global experimentation with underwater vessels, Delfin showcased Russia’s engineering capabilities and laid the groundwork for future advancements in submarine design. Designed by Ivan Grigoryevich Bubnov, one of Russia’s first submarine engineers, it featured a dual propulsion system with a gasoline engine for surface propulsion and an electric motor for submerged operations. This early system, while innovative, was also hazardous due to the volatility of gasoline fuel.

USS Alligator Submarine 1m

The USS Alligator, built in 1862, was the United States Navy’s first submarine and represented a significant innovation in naval technology during the Civil War. Designed by French engineer Brutus de Villeroi, the submarine measured about 47 feet in length and was constructed from iron, giving it a robust and watertight hull. Initially propelled by a series of hand-cranked paddles operated by the crew, the propulsion system was later upgraded to a screw propeller, although it remained manually powered. The vessel was equipped with air-purifying mechanisms, allowing it to stay submerged longer than most early submarines. Its primary armament was a “torpedo” (essentially a mine) that could be deployed against enemy ships. The Alligator also featured an innovative lock-out chamber, enabling divers to exit and perform underwater sabotage tasks, a novel concept for its time.

Juliett Class Soviet Submarine

The Juliett-class, submarines designed to be like Swiss Army Knives of the underworld, known as Project 651 in the Soviet Union, were a series of diesel-electric cruise missile submarines developed during the late 1950s and early 1960s. Aimed to provide a second-strike nuclear capability during the Cold War, these submarines were tasked with targeting NATO forces, particularly carrier battle groups and coastal installations. Measuring approximately 90.5 meters in length and displacing around 3,174 tons on the surface (4,137 tons submerged), the Juliett-class was powered by diesel engines and electric motors, allowing speeds of up to 15 knots surfaced and 18 knots submerged. While their range was impressive—up to 18,000 kilometers (9,700 nautical miles) on diesel engines at 7 knots—their operational depth was limited to around 240 meters.

Roman trireme ships were iconic vessels used primarily during the Roman Republic and early Roman Empire. These ships, built for war, were central to Rome’s dominance in the Mediterranean.

We recently upgraded this 3d model. Now you can get it as a high-poly STL file pack that includes 23 separate files (<— Click to take a look, opens in new tab). The files in this package includes interlocking details between pieces for easier assembly and a new stern to enable build your trireme as a Remote Controlled running boat.
