Well you can 3d print and have one now.

Here are the latest rendering of the 126p model.

You can build the model as a cabriolet or hard top, pieces for the roof and the supports are in the multi-file package.

The doors, both front and rear bonnets open and close. Steering works, there is a small engine inside at the back.

A DC motor with reductor gear can be used as the propulsion. These are very reasonably priced and easy to find motors which you can order online from many sites. Two motors or a single motor use is possible. If one motor is used you can also connect the other rear wheel to the motor by using shaft extension pieces in the file package. There is empty space under the front hood for electronics or extra batteries.

The hi rez stl file to download the cabriolet 126p model is below at the bottom of the page. The multi-piece version with opening doors, running suspension and steering which can be made as a bicycle-brake cable remote controlled toy or a display model. That one is here.
